Put the information of your member directly to your contact manager. The system will then remind you a week before any of the given events. This is purposely done so you can establish friendly and harmonious relationship among your line ups. By arranging necessary information, backed up with a particular system, it will be very easy for you to label a quick birthday or anniversary card.

You have to get down into automation because obviously you won’t have enough time to manage everything. This is the most accessible way to run your business. Don’t only focus on how to get fat packets. Take care of your members too. A keen analysis for marketing is to think that money doesn’t come from trees, forests, birds, etc. Money comes from the people. Your member brings you money, so treat them what is due for them.
