Hello and welcome back ladies and gentlemen. This is the second installment of YouTube Marketing Techniques.
In the previous article I have mentioned two (2) techniques on how you can rank in YouTube. The first one was by using the Google Keyword Tool and the second one is the “Scam Headline” method. These two YouTube marketing techniques are effective, free and very easy to follow. I advise that you utilize it to effectively market your YouTube videos. They have worked wonders for many people and it’s worth a try.
Now in this second article we will continue with the other techniques. The first one that I’m going to discuss is:
Relevant Videos
What are these relevant videos that I’m talking about? It’s very simple. Find other videos that are relevant to your topic. Let’s say for example that you are into attraction marketing or how to utilize offline marketing strategies, just like I am.
- You need to find videos that are related to or relevant to your trade or business that you want to make a video about.
- The next thing that you need to check is the legitimacy of these videos by checking the number of views. And how should you do that?
- Check the comments in one particular YouTube video. Ask yourself these questions
- Are their legitimate comments about the said video?
- Does it have a solid and good content?
- How long has the video been posted?
- How many views are there since it was posted?
- Check the comments in one particular YouTube video. Ask yourself these questions
- Checking those information mentioned above is very important. If you see a newly-posted video that has generated at least 6,000 or 10,000 videos with legit comments, you just hit jackpot!
- More Info Link – After you check the legitimacy of the said video, the next thing that you should do is find the link that says “More info”. Clink on this link and you will find the treasure that you’re looking for –the precious tags.
- Copy and Paste – Utilize the said tags found on the more info link by copying and pasting it in your own video’s tag section together with the other keywords that you have accumulated. What you are actually doing is using the same keywords that this particular video is using to catapult your video to the top.
The 48-Hour Time Frame
The first 48-hour is the most important when it comes down to uploading videos. Never upload a video to YouTube at night. The explanation is pretty simple, commonsensical, in fact –who is going to watch it when everybody has dozed off to slumberland? Upload the video in the morning or in the afternoon when people are still up and kicking, but never at night. You want to get the hits that you want early because the quicker you get hits for your video. This will allow YouTube to rank your video a lot higher because YouTube will identify it as “relevant content”.
