Welcome again to the fourth installment of Video Marketing Techniques.  We have discussed a total of six (6) video marketing techniques already. In this article, we shall discuss two more vital techniques that you can use before you upload your video to. Always keep in mind that video marketing is one of the sough-after, cost-effective and dependable methods of marketing. You can always utilize YouTube, which is the internet’s leading video sharing website to date.

The first thing that you should remember before making a video is how to keep the content fresh and unique. At the same time, to maintain its freshness and generate honors and comments you should consider removing and resubmitting it once in a while if the video is old. Through this method, there is a better chance that you will get honors or comments and a great possibility for you to make it to YouTube’s homepage.

The second thing that most people perennially have trouble with is how to be comfortable in front of the camera. This is a vital factor in the success of your videos and a lot of people have failed nailing their comfort zone in the first few tries. Therefore, before you make a certain video, it would help if you practice your lines first. You don’t want to end up blabbering about insignificant topics and making up spiels that was not originally part of your discussion. It’s just wrong.  Make a bullet of the topic that you need to cover for your video. Try to, as much as possible; know the sequence of these topics so you don’t to constantly look into your copy every now and then. Rehearse them out loud as much as you could. This will enable you to be more familiar with all the things that you have to say that it will look and sound natural to your listener.

After you’ve rehearsed your spiel, practice it in front of the camera. The key points to remember are: BE COMFORTABLE and BE YOURSELF. How? Try to envision one of the happiest moments of your life or anything in particular that makes you comfortable and happy. Do it for a few minutes. These moments gives us a good feeling that will transcend towards our listeners or viewers.  Would you want to listen to a stiff and boring person?  I know I don’t.

Another thing that you should keep in mind is keeping your profile look legitimate.  Make it look natural and appealing to your viewers. And ofcourse, don’t submit videos to an orphan account otherwise you will make the YouTube headquarters suspicious.  Besides, who is going to watch them? Remember that you are there for a reason—increase traffic and attract leads to your business. So you have to build your profile out. Add people to your profile in order for you to increase your subscribers and channel views because this translates to exposure, and the more exposure you get the better ranking you’ll have.

I hope these video marketing techniques will help you in your future endeavors because it has helped me a whole lot. Goodluck and see you again for the next internet / video marketing tips.
